Kris attended high school in Leavenworth, KS before beginning his career in the Kansas City area, working in sales for a large phone and internet company. He attended a local community college, studying HTML coding and website design. After contributing to the growth of many companies, he decided to build his own business. After that, his journey led him to Houston where he has been ever since. Kris began working for a Boutique Brokerage in 2017 where worked his way up to Director of Operations. After helping that team grow to a top team in the area, he decided to take on a new challenge as Client Care Coordinator for a new team. However, after spending 5+ years training agents, Kris finally decided to step into the transaction side of real estate, full time, as a Realtor with The Wolf Real Estate Group. After honing his skills as an full time agent, Kris has returned back to the Simien Team, where it all began.

Kitty Kalil is a very bright, innovative business woman who has been successful in numerous creative ventures and real estate. An artist, a painter and potter, she is able to guide her clients when choosing color, furniture placement or design for the home they purchase. While Kitty is a native Texan, born in Liberty, Texas, she had the benefit of living abroad in Nigeria and Venezuela as she relocated several times with her family. Kitty's ease of working with her clients is rooted in ownership of a pottery studio and mobile boutique. She ran a successful ladies boutique from an Airstream trailer that she totally revamped.

When not handling real estate, Kitty returns to her love of art and pottery. She also enjoys gardening and saltwater fishing.
