Tracey Soucy

Hi! My name is Tracey Soucy and I am a newly licensed real estate sales agent under Karyn Edwards at Crestway Properties, LLC. Karyn and I go way back to 2004. We were living in Deer Park since 1994 and in 2004 we decided we were ready to buy a more spacious home. I called Karyn to see one of her listings and instead of buying that house she hired me as her unlicensed assistant. I performed office tasks, took pictures of her listings and most computer duties in general. In 2007, my family and I, packed up and moved to Kentucky. We were there for 10 years before my husband's career moved us back to Houston in 2017. Our two sons are now men and their lives are in Louisville Ky. We moved back as empty nesters living in an apartment so of course I called Karyn to once again help us find a home. We now live in Friendswood and absolutely love this community. I decided what better time to dive further into the real estate world and get my license. Now here we are, Karyn my sponsoring broker! I am so excited to learn from her 20+ years of experience and to top it off have a friend by my side.
