Whitney Cathey was born and raised in the Cedar Creek Lake area and has loved serving the community as a trusted Realtor for the past 8 years. She was also the second highest producing agent at her previous brokerage in 2017.



It was destiny that Whitney quickly became a respected member in her field. From being captain of the cheer squad at Mabank High to working two jobs to put herself through college, Whitney has shown the leadership and commitment to being the best at whatever she is doing. Her love of finding people the right place to live started years ago. While in college, Whitney had an integral role in assisting students to find the appropriate housing while working for the Living and Learning office at Tarleton State University.

The characteristics that we find appealing in a friendship are the same qualities that we look for when we place on of life's most important decisions, buying or selling a home, into someone else's hands. We want a person who is trustworthy, dependable and honest as well as empathetic to our needs. It can be stressful so it is refreshing to find someone who can see the humor in life and with great enthusiasm point you back to the original goal a goal that we can lose site of in the frenzy home buying/selling. Jerrilyn Garrison is that kind of person. She was born in West Texas but found herself moving around quite a bit in college years. After obtaining a degree in psychology she decided to use it and work with at risk teenage girls in Louisville, Kentucky. When Jerrilyn returned to Midland she worked as a contract manager for a local oil & gas company and became proficient in the often tedious but important aspects of doing contracts properly. As in often the case everything we do in life has some significance. Moving around taught Jerrilyn how to weather new situations and gave her insight into how to advise her clients who are moving into a new home, a new neighborhood or a new city reminding them that it is an exciting time. Her degree in psychology has been beneficial in helping her to understand people and to be able to counsel them or as she so aptly stated "hold their hands and take care of them". She also says "I don't mind spending an hour or tow with my clients and I won't leave until they understand everything". Jerrilyn is now a well established member at Legacy Real Estate with multiple Silver awards, and even wining Best Of the Basin Realty-Commercial!!! The most important aspect of her professional life in her own words is "making time for you like you are my only client".
