Pat Welch, a native Texan, graduated from Churchill High School in San Antonio. He proudly served in the US Navy aboard the USS Sylvania, then returned home and started a remodeling company of his own where he gained experience by working with realtors & investors on their homes. He confirmed his "life passion" of buying and selling homes. In 1992, He made the decision to become a licensed Realtor with Better Homes & Gardens where he also learned the art of Listing & Marketing client's homes in order present them in the most professional way, and Sell them in a short amount of time. The knowledge and experience gained by working with realtors & investors on their homes, confirmed His "life passion" of buying and selling homes. In 1992, He made the decision to become a licensed Realtor and work hard to help others in finding their dream home. He also learned the art of Listing & Marketing client's homes in order present them in the most professional way, and sell them in a short amount of time. He loves the industry and after researching the many companies out there, chose the Coldwell Banker, D'Ann Harper organization. Pat felt he was called to join their Realty team and be a part of a closely knit family that cares deeply about people, puts God first, and specializes in finding families the perfect home!

I am a native Texan with a Marketing Degree from Lamar University in Beaumont, TX. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, I spent 36 years in sales and marketing, 29 of which were spent working for Xerox. My husband, two dogs and & I have lived on Medina Lake for the past 10 years and have owned real estate on the lake since 2004. I am currently serving as the HOA President for Bluff Cove on Medina Lake. I have 28 years experience buying and selling real estate for my family and clients and am passionate about making each real estate transaction as seamless and positive as possible for you in the San Antonio and surrounding areas.

Phillip Barloco is a Realtor in San Antonio. San Antonio has always been home, but he lived in several different states and even lived in England for three years while his dad was in the Air Force. Being a military brat you learn how to drop into new environments and make the best of every situation. Phillip has lived in San Antonio since 1999. Before going full-time in Real Estate Phillip worked as a paramedic and had a leadership role for a team of 350 employees. Working as a Realtor allows Phillip to still help people as he did in EMS, but also make time to attend the important family events in life. Phillip is with Option One Real Estate.
