Round Top Real Estate welcomed Sherry Lynn Krenek to their team in 2018. She brings a unique set of qualities. Having grown up in Colorado County, her family made their living off the land in rice farming and cattle ranching. Sherry first entered the real estate banking industry in the mid '80s where she worked in the Real Estate Lending Department and assisted in the loan application process. She later became a real estate agent and worked for a boutique firm in Houston.

Her love for homes continued to grow and she soon found herself owning her own interior decorating business. Not only can she help you find the perfect property but perhaps she could assist in future renovations.

In 2005, Sherry broadened her horizon by learning more about the land, not only the surface but one's investment below the surface. She has extensive experience in oil and gas title research, mapping, leasing and curating title and is a member of the American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL).

Sherry is a member of the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), Houston Association of Realtors (HAR) and the Texas Land Brokers Network (TLBN). In addition, she is a lifetime committeeman of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and has served on the Breeders Greeters and International Committee for over two decades.

I've had my Texas Real Estate license since the early 1980's, selling, listing and "flipping" residential properties in Houston, Tx. Fast forward over 40 years and now I have become a Top Producer selling Farm and Ranch properties as a Realtor with Round Top Real Estate, in Round Top, Texas. After we realized how peaceful the country life can be, we purchased acreage in Washington County, Texas between the small towns of Burton and Round Top. My husband of 41 years, Don Blome (who is also a licensed Tx Realtor) and our three adult children and 5 grandchildren enjoy sharing our stunning sunsets, the dark country skies, various wildlife, roaming the acreage in our CanAm and fishing in our pond. Graduating with a BBA in finance from the University of Texas, Stephanie met her future husband, Bryan, on campus. Three daughters later, Stephanie decided to attend Texas A&M University and earn her certification as a Master Florist. For 15 years, she ran her wedding and event floral design company, Flora Bella Designs. Stephanie knows how important it is to listen to and understand her clients' wants and needs and to work diligently to achieve their goals. Customer satisfaction was the key to growing her successful floral design company, as you only get one chance to make a bride happy on her special day. Fulfilling a lifelong dream of moving to the country, Stephanie and Bryan purchased property and built a home in Round Top, Texas. This experience has given her a great education in land development, wildlife and the building process in the country. In her spare time, you will find Stephanie involved with her church, Bethlehem Lutheran, Porch Sisters Bible Study, The Round Top Family Library, The River Oaks Garden Club and The Junior League of Houston Sustainers Club. 2024 marks Ruth Ann's 22nd year in the real estate profession. She is a seventh-generation Texan and fourth-generation Houstonian and began her real estate career at John Daugherty, Realtors and Greenwood King Properties in Houston. She has strong family ties to the Round Top area and grew up spending time with relatives in Fayette County. Ruth Ann and her husband, Stephen, decided Round Top would be the ideal place to raise their three daughters. With many years of experience in the high-paced Houston real estate market, she brought to Round Top Real Estate strategic negotiating skills, first-rate marketing ideas for property listings, and a drive to assist her clients in finding the perfect property. Ruth Ann's husband Steve also works in the real estate industry as underwriting counsel for Old Republic Title Insurance Company

Ruth Ann attended Duchesne Academy in Houston and remains an active alumnae board member. She received her B.A. in English from The University of the South (Sewanee) in Tennessee, graduating with Distinction. She is currently a member of the Round Top Chamber of Commerce, The Round Top DYD Club, and The Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce. She is actively involved as a church and school volunteer.

Emily Kahanek Shaw has lived in the Round Top and La Grange area her entire life. She is a native of Fayette County; her family roots go back generations. After college Emily married her high school sweetheart, Casey and they have 4 children. As a team, Casey and Emily operate CE Cattle Co. and their investment properties. A native Texan, Shelby has lived in Houston for more than 30 years. A licensed Realtor¨ since 1983, she has won numerous awards for the results she has produced for her customers. Helen's real estate roots run deep.Her family has been in real estate development for over fifty years. She has always taken an active part in the business. Helen got her license in 1976 and her first experience was with a Houston home-builder. When her husband's company transferred him to Corpus Christi she joined a commercial company. When they returned to Houston she joined John Daugherty Realtors as the Farm and Ranch manager. That gave Helen and her husband Fred the excuse to become full time residents of Washington County. They moved to their family farm in Chappell Hill in 1992 and have been an active part of that community. When Daugherty closed his Farm and Ranch division Helen commuted to Houston for several years to go back into commercial real estate. She changed directions when the opportunity presented itself and joined a local green house grower in Brenham and was in management for several years… She decided to somewhat retire and just handle family business until Cathy Cole encouraged her to join Heritage Texas Country Properties. Helen says you just cannot get real estate out of your blood. Helen and Fred have been married for over fifty years and he is retired from oil and gas exploration. They have two grown sons,a wonderful daughter-in-law and two terrific grandchildren.
