Hi there! My name is Ginger Salas, and I am the Team Lead and Broker Associate of the Homelove Real Estate Group, based in the northeast Harris County area. As a licensed realtor since 2007 and a resident of the Eagle Springs Community since 2006, I know the local real estate market inside and out. My husband Augie and I have a unique approach to real estate that puts the client experience first. We understand that buying or selling a home can be daunting, which is why we've formed a team dedicated to making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible. In the past, we ran a successful business called Homelove Renovations, offering kitchen and bathroom remodeling services. Since 2018, we've redirected those resources to provide a concierge service to our clients! We work together to create customized plans for listing preparation that position each home for the best possible outcome in the marketplace. We specialize in social media marketing, using cutting-edge photography, videography, and advertising to showcase our listings to as many potential buyers as possible. We believe in providing a luxury experience, no matter the price point. At the Homelove Real Estate Group, we work together to help clients find their dream homes and to get their homes sold. As caretakers by nature, we're happiest when we know our clients have been well-represented and their needs have been met. We have a full time in house transaction coordinator that works systematically to ensure the smoothest possible experience, as we take pride in exceeding our clients' expectations. We also believe in giving back to our community and regularly host events like Food Truck Friday in Eagle Springs and Groves After Dark in The Groves. We also sponsor local school and sports programs, as we believe in creating a vibrant and welcoming community that people will be proud to call home!

Dwayne Perryman Jr. is a licensed Texas Realtor affiliated with Texas United Realty. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of West Alabama, and he's also an alumnus of UWA's football program, proudly supporting the Tigers. Beyond his professional life, Dwayne is an active member of his community and his church, where he serves as a Youth Pastor. He is a dedicated husband to his lovely wife and a loving father to four beautiful children. Dwayne has gained recognition in the real estate industry, being featured in Houston's Real Producers Magazine as part of a realtor team and in Voyage Houston as an individual agent. His personal journey into real estate started as a first-time homebuyer, which ignited his passion for the industry and his desire to help others experience the joy of homeownership. He is committed to values of integrity, service, and quality in his real estate work. I have been in real estate since 1996. My primary focus was in property management for apartment communities in the Houston and surrounding areas. It was through my first home purchase I realized I wanted to be a part of helping others do the same.

Jennifer Genereau was born and raised in Harris County, and first became interested in real estate as a young teenager, when her parents' landlord visited to approve a wall addition in their rental home, so that her sister (and Jennifer!) could have her own room. Jennifer holds a Bachelor's degree and has a desire to eventually own several rental properties.







She has worked as a Leasing Agent in the multifamily (apartment) industry for about 7 years, before launching out in real estate, and has 18 months experience as a Landlord. She is married with two sons, and has experienced life as an Army wife. Her family formerly had relocated to Washington state and New Mexico. She plans to get certified soon as a Military Relocation Specialist, and loves to practice her Spanish (second) language skills as often as possible with clients.
