Kim has been married to her husband Lynn for 31 years and is the mother of 2 boys, both of which attended The Woodlands Christian Academy and then the University of Houston. She now resides on Lake Conroe where her weekends consist of relaxing on her boat or at home watching the Astros, Texans or Rockets with her husband, Great Dane and Mini Doxie.

About Marion:
Marion Franke grew up in Irving, TX with insight on the importance of family and dreams. With her love for helping others achieve their goals, she went on to major in elementary education at North Texas State University. She was later introduced to successful Realtor Joy Riley, who encouraged Marion to get her real estate license. In 1988 Marion moved to Montgomery County determined to start her own business and later joined Keller Williams Realty Conroe/Lake Conroe in 1995. Eventually Marion's team grew enough to fulfill one of her Real Estate dreams and in 2010, Marion opened her own Real Estate Brokerage! Over the years Marion Franke has grown to be the most recognizable name in Montgomery County and her team is consistently the highest producing Real Estate team in her market!

Ashley Martin is a Montgomery County native. Born into a family of Entrepreneurs in the Construction/remodeling industry, Ashley's parents educated her on the importance of Integrity, dedication, collaboration and accountability. After 20 years experience of building relationships in the customer service industry, Ashley started her own business "For Goodness Cakes" which allowed her to express her creative side while raising a family. Her persistence and attention to detail allowed her to build a successful business featured in bridal magazines such as "Houston Wedding Day." Ashley took her Entrepreneurial spirit and passion for serving the community to the world of Real Estate becoming a Realtor. Applying her experience in customer service and as a successful business owner she is notorious for her positive attitude, 24/7 availability, specialized marketing, personal touches and commitment to building lasting relationships.
